NOTE: If there are any problems with you logo, meaning if I have to fix it to get it to work, see the next option Include your company logo on the cover sheet or the main page retouched by our artist, add $99.00 plus the $195.00 listed above to the order. Add recipients name, job title, or other available data, into the body of the message on the cover page, add $5.00 per field to the order. Main Page Options All main pages must be created with MS word or MS Excel.  If you provide the one page word document, you can include any black and white photos you wish to.  Add $30.00 per photo to the order. If I construct the main page and create the artwork, I bill an hourly rate of $85.00 per hour.  Most pages can be created in less than two hours. If you want to MERGE data fields into your main fax document, add $10.00 per field to your order.

Using YOUR database  I can use your database to send faxes.  I need the data in a MS Access ( MDB File) or in Comma Delimited text file format. I can also use a file from Microsoft Outlook or from Outlook Express.   I will not reuse the data and I will sign a non-disclosure agreement if you choose this option.  You can add $179.00 to your order, for a setup fee.
